Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with well-mannered personnel from the receptionist to the house keeping and maintenance staff. Fast check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Nice pool. Location just next door to Storey bridge cafes / brewery. Also, right on the tennis court.

What a lovely stay! The staff at this hotel really went above and beyond to help us, especially when I had a special request. The receptionists, housekeepers, and maintenance crew were all so friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic—right on the riverfront with loads of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. We loved lounging by the warm pool and the breakfast options were a real treat! Plus, having laundry facilities made our trip even easier.
There are just a couple of areas where they could improve. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen essentials, like extra dishcloths or garbage bags, as we had to purchase some ourselves.

The beautifal hotel located just 100 meters away from Brisbane River side. The advantage somewhat saves the flaw of being distant from Central Train Station. I recommend coming guests choosing more luxurious room type.
Space of studio room was too little for two guests. Desk hours was not available for 24 hours, and so as the airport shuttle bus. The above inconvenience was only informed 3 days before arrival.

The luxury of the apartment, the layout allowed us to take in the view or retreat for a nap without interferring with what the rest of the group were doing. It was well appointed

I had a wonderful holiday stay at Mantra On the Quay. the location was absolutely perfect, making it convenient to explore Brisbane's eastern suburbs and other attractions. It was just a short walk to the cafes and breweries around Storey Bridge, as well as a variety of restaurants along the Brisbane River. We particularly enjoyed the delicious Asian cuisine served in the restaurant. it was a truly peaceful and enjoyable experience.

The hotel was 2 minutes from the river. The view from my room astounding. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The room clean with everything you could need including microwave, washing machine and dryer. I didnt use them as I was only there for 1 night but I would return for a longer trip. The security was very good. There was a convenience store just next to the entrance. It was a short walk to a variety of restaurants. There was a great coffee shop around the corner on Adelaide Street that staff at the Mint referred me to called izoo. The coffee was good and staff exceptionally friendly and the bagels delicious.
The building looks like an office block so I initially thought was in the wrong place

I loved the security. Then once inside the first person I spoke to was Charlie in reception and she was lovely. That made it for me, that attention to detail and her personable manner was delightful. Then we saw the apartment - wow! It was lovely, very clean and everything was there. Even the hotel shampoo was fantastic.
The only thing I didn't like was the pots, utensils and cutlery were grubby and had to be washed before we used them. I'm guessing guests place them in the dishwasher without rinsing them first and then the staff simply pull them out and put the stuff away. But they weren't clean. Sorry, I loved everything else though.

It is a peaceful and great place/environment for family relaxation. Self contain style is a best way to minimise the disturbances for customers. We had really good time and satisfy the staying over there accept the DVD player doesn’t work.
